Franchisee Testimonial: Angela Morrison-Grace Talks about Jan-Pro Changing Her

We are proud to say our franchise owners at Jan-Pro are not just amazing business people.  They are amazing people, and Angela Morrison-Grace is a prime example. We have the opportunity to work with some incredible individuals within the Atlanta community. We wanted to start sharing the impact Jan-Pro has had on our franchise owners, and the impact they have had on us.

We recently announced Angela was the winner of our Newcomer Award in 2017! She demonstrates many qualities that align with our company’s culture, notably her leadership and work ethic. Angela shows her team members what Jan-Pro is all about.  

When we asked Angela why her Jan-Pro ownership works for her, she told us, “The JAN-PRO office has provided me with such great confidence. The business has really changed who I am as a person, and provided me with tremendous opportunities to build and foster relationships with great people.”

Jan-Pro is about more than just building a cleaning franchise empire. We want to pour into our franchise owners as people. We love seeing franchisees who become mentors to their employees. This reflects some company values we are hugely passionate about. It has been an honor to help her build confidence that she can carry with her in her business and her personal life.

Many of our franchisees decided to open their business because they were ready to become their own bosses. Angela was no exception. We asked her what exactly she loved about being her own boss. She said, “I experience a sense of empowerment being my own boss. I have the ability to make my own decisions and to be a leader. Being my own boss also affords me the means to provide opportunities for other people.”
